Dr. Rob Epstein
Dr. Rob Epstein was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. He earned a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington; then completed a Master’s in Nursing at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Epstein attended medical school at the University of Washington School of Medicine, and then completed his residency in Family Medicine in Spokane. Dr. Rob’s wife Betsy Wharton and their two children Forrest and Maya enjoy being involved in our community and doing anything outside. His medical interests include Obstetrics, Pediatrics and Procedural Medicine, as well as teaching medical students from the University of Washington School of Medicine.

Dr. Bill Hennessey
Dr. Bill Hennessey grew up in Seattle Washington. His early interest in biological sciences led him first to a Bachelor of Sciences degree at the University of Washington and then to medical school at St. Louis University. He completed his post graduate medical training with a three year residency in Family Medicine through the University of Washington at Tacoma Family Medicine. Dr. Hennessey has lived and practiced in Port Angeles since 1988. He shares his life and medical practice with his wife Dr. Kathie Hennessey.

Dr. Katherine Hennessey
Dr. Michael Maxwell
Dr. Mike Maxwell was born and raised in Boise, Idaho, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Seattle University. While there he met his wife, Barbara, who was enrolled in the nursing program. He received his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine, and completed a three-year Family Medicine residency through the University of Washington in Spokane. He has enjoyed the practice of full-spectrum Family Medicine including Obstetrics with FMPA since 1991. His other interests include backcountry hiking, fly-fishing, travel, home-brewing, and music. He, Barbara (an ARNP at the clinic), and his children, Stephen and Alison, feel fortunate to live in this great community, and one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Dr. Kate Weller
Dr. Kate Weller grew up in Buffalo, NY. She went to college at the University of Pennsylvania, medical school at the University of Rochester, and completed her family medicine residency training at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle. She lives in Port Angeles with her husband Dr. Jeff Weller, and their 2 children Emma and Adam. Her hobbies include reading, exercising and enjoying the great outdoors. Her current medical practice includes pediatrics, adult medicine, women’s health and geriatrics.
