Telephone Calls

Our front office staff is trained to help coordinate your care and schedule appointments for medical services. They will usually be able to schedule a visit for you on the day you call. When you are with us in the office your health needs and questions are our first priority. We have made a medical library and other health information available here.

Further questions are best solved with an appointment. Requests for information by telephone are handled as time allows. Telephone messages will usually be answered within four hours of when they are received. Please be available to receive our return call. Federal privacy regulations prevent us from leaving messages containing health information on answering machines. Please do not use e-mail or FAX to communicate urgent medical issues or requests for prescription refills.

Prescription Refills are done through your pharmacy.
